1. Eligibility for Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened pet food products
  • Veterinary medicines and supplements
  • Perishable products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Customized or special-order items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support team with photos of the product and packaging.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Share supporting photos if applicable.
  4. Wait for return approval instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return policy.
